Our client support team will contact you to discuss your surgical procedure and schedule an online consultation with your surgeon, who can answer any enquiries about your procedure and share recommendations that suit you and your budget.

SECURE YOUR SURGERY
If you decide to proceed with your surgical procedure, our client support team will process your deposit to secure your preferred date and surgeon.

PLAN YOU TRAVEL
Once your surgery date is confirmed, we will work with you to plan your trip and create a package that will cover all of your needs to feel safe and confident.

HEALTH EXAMINATION
You will be required to get medical testing and examinations done a month before your flight, to ensure you are fit for surgery (as per hospital requirements).

ARRIVAL IN BANGKOK
Upon arrival in Bangkok for your cosmetic journey, you will meet your personal driver and client support person, who will support you for your cosmetic journey.

SURGERY IN BANGKOK
Your personal driver and client support person will take you to your hospital. Your client support person will help you to be admitted and be there upon completion of your procedure. The hospital staff will provide you with care, while you recover from your procedure at the hospital.

RECOVER IN LUXURY
After being discharged from hospital, your personal driver and client support person will take to your hotel to rest and recover. Your client support person will check in on you to ensure your recovery is progressing and take you to procedure follow up appointments.

ONGOING SUPPORT
Once you’ve returned home from your cosmetic journey in Thailand, our client support team will contact you and monitor your recovery, in partnership with your surgeon. You will also meet for a scheduled online follow up appointment with your surgeon.
